Are your items second-hand or new?
Our products are predominantly second-hand and vintage items . Each piece is unique and has been previously worn, which is what gives vintage its special character.
What condition are the vintage parts in?
All items are carefully inspected. Minor signs of wear are normal for vintage items and part of their charm. Any noticeable defects are clearly stated in the product description.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Shipping usually takes place within 2–5 business days after receipt of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.
What are your return and exchange policies?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Are all products original/authentic?
Yes. We carefully check all items for authenticity and quality before adding them to our shop.
